Support Options

FREE Help

You can always receive Help by submitting a ticket to our Help Desk.

FREE basic support is available by EMAIL ONLY. Help that requires additional assistance is considered Paid Support.

Help provides basic support for questions about use of our software tools (elements CMS, Website Statistics, Webmail and Email Administration tools). 

  • How do I add a webpage?
  • Where can I find the Template for a webpage?
  • Do you provide the ability to put Meta Tags on a webpage?
  • Where can I find how many people have visited my web site?

Questions that are above and beyond this, or to accommodate a specific request, are considered Paid Support (see to the right).

Do not forget the Knowledge Base as well. It has lots of good information and instructions on how to perform most of the tasks you want to do.

Paid Support is any support that is provided by phone or is above and beyond basis support. Such things include:
