Issues with ElementsCMS patches (maintenance releases). Product defects that are known to Elements. If you receive an error, check the ElementsCMS Support page for the error. Support calls charged at $24.95 *(Per 15 Minutes) Telephone support for ElementsCMS is available from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific time, Monday through Friday at  (805) 547-1160. Telephone Support Depending on the issue you call technical support about, a $24.95 charge could apply. When a fee is charged, it is based on resolving your issue. If technical support is unable to resolve your issue, there is no charge.
